I am a fan of Celtic Sea Salt from now on for the rest of my life. This bag that my husband picked out was even better than my last bag, because it is finely ground. A+ on finely ground texture. The courser stuff takes too long to run through my salt grinder, so I think I prefer the preground stuff. It seems to be nice and dry, so the moisture level and stickiness is low. Taste is excellent. As far as value for money... Celtic Sea salt is worth more than regular table salt because of the natural mineral content. According to Barbara Oneil, certain minerals essentially help open up your cells to let water in which helps to hydrate you. And when you have a background of a chronic illness like me, every little bit of healing helps.

High quality very salty and full of minerals. Good for overall health.

I purchased this Celtic salt when it was recommended by a health conscious friend. Just a few grains in water help to keep me hydrated better than water alone. With just a few grains of salt in the water it doesn’t taste salty. I haven’t cooked with it yet..

I will always buy salt from this brand, the quality is amazing and is always fresh. Celtic salt is so beneficial and people don’t know how good it truly is for you. I will continue buying and will be switching all salt use to Celtic salt. It’s even better at bone strength than calcium! The salt is on the thicker side not super fine but I enjoy salt that way.

This is my second time purchasing. Love that this salt provides so many more nutrients/minerals than regular table salt! It is very potent so I can use less than I would with table salt. I saw a video of how drinking salt water does not necessarily let water get absorbed into your cells, and it was suggested to put small sprinkles of this on your tongue, wait a bit, and then drink water after swallowing the salt. This allows the water to get pulled into your cells and hydrate them more efficiently!

Have not used it a lot lately but it seems okay no real drawbacks and though i try to control my intake of salt it tastes pretty good

There isn't a better tasting, more satisfying salt than this one! I read that I could use a pinch of this salt with a squeeze of lemon in my water to serve up as much electrolytes as I needed...so I tried it. The bonus came when it tasted better on food. I dont feel that salt burn either. Yes this is pricey and worth it. I also use this in my sourdough bread loaves and it has replaced the fine sea salt I used for years. Please keep this available!
