First off, I don’t eat mushrooms. I think they taste nasty except coated & fried chanterelles. But this magical mixture in my coffee and creamer is delicious! It’s almost like a chocolate undertone in your mouth after swallowing your coffee. I liked it so much that I now use 1/2 scoop in my 1st cup and 1/2 scoop in my 2nd cup.

I don't feel any kind of health balance, not effective for me. I had previously been using Cherie brand but I was unable to find it in the store near me. I saw this and ordered it first, way too expensive. This claims to have over 240 servings, yet I have had it for 75 days and I will run out well before the 100 day mark, I do use two scoops not one as recommended. I assumed I would get a full 120 days from this, but not likely. Again this goes back to the fact that it doesn't seem to make any change. It doesn't seem to be harmful, try for yourself.
