I love these wide, full brim hats as I am very fair skinned and live in Arizona. They are also nicely light weight so do not make me feel any increased heat, they are easy to wet down to make them cooler as well if needed. They provide much needed extra shade for my eyes which is of extreme importance to me due to early macular degeneration.They are available in a lovely array of colors, I found the decoration to be just right, lovely and sutle. I am not usually a flashy person. These would be vey easy to dress up if a person wished to and was at all creative. I may well buy more.

Love this hat! It’s so cute and very well made. It’s just perfect for keeping the sun out of my eyes and off my face during swim meets, walks, and all of my outdoor activities. It’s very light so my head doesn’t get hot wearing it in the sun and the large opening at the back also lets air circulate.

This hat is pretty cute. I bought it for an upcoming vacation, we will be on a cruise so I wanted something to help block the sun. It fits fairly snug but still fits well on my head. You can wear the rim down to really block the sun or flip it up for a different look. It also comes with a strap so if it's windy it won't blow away, which I don't think would be a problem because of the snug fit. It has a cute button on it for decoration too.

This hat is OK but not exactly what I expected. I have a few hats like this that are made out of cotton canvas and hoped that it would be like them. My fault for not reading the description carefully enough. The hat is made out of a very light weight synthetic microfiber like fabric. The design of the hat is perfect because there is no brim in the back but a very wide visor in the front which makes it easier to wear in the car or when sitting in a high-back chair. The Fabric is very Light weight though and it blows off your head very easily. It does provide good sun protection though I doubt it will last as long as my older cotton versions have.

I love the extra wide brim that offers great sun protection on my face, plus coverage for the tops of my ears (which I have had get sunburned and is quite unpleasant. The pony-tail hole is helpful as well. I have zipped off the top portion when I had need to bunch my hair up on top of my head, and when done the portion zipped right back on with ease. This is a nice hat, very packable, and looks cute when you wear it.

This is a great quality hat. Pleased with my purchase. Daughter wore for a church Pioneer Trek as her bonnet. It looked like a "slightly modern" version of a pioneer bonnet.

So far so good. It is very lightweight and really blocks the sun for me. I like the option of removing the crown. Haven't packed it yet. Hoping the brim will keep it's shape. If not....I'll write again
