Great value for the money and no nickel.
I've been using this pot for about a week now and it has met or exceeded all my expectations. There are good instructions included with the pot, as this metal has no nickel there are some potentially additional steps you may wish to do. However, I did none of that, I simply washed the pot and lid upon arrival then let it dry. Placed it on the stove and added in enough avocado oil to cover the bottom of the inside of the pot. Heated that up on high for a little less than 2 minutes and then let it cool. Wiped out the excess oil and it has been great ever since.Do things, stick. Sometimes, it is metal so yes that can happen. Is it harder to clean than any other stainless-steel pot or pan, no. Same thing, cleans up easily. I overcooked some rice and it burned to the bottom ,but I have no issue cleaning that out. Like any stainless-steel, if you need to get a mark out, simply use a little bar keepers friend powder (sold everywhere) and it will look brand new in seconds. The huge difference is, with a regular pot and bar keepers friend you can smell the nickel after cleaning, with this one - you do not.So, for a nickel-free (for your health) pot, that is sturdy, well made, comes with a lid, you really can't go wrong. I'd buy from this brand again.===Update: I did end up damaging the pot. It's still a good pot, but never clean the bottom with anything harsh like Ajax or similar. If food is stuck, in my case rice, you need to let it soak, maybe even overnight, then clean or scrape it with a silicone scraper. The bottom is somewhat thin, so scrubbing like that will lead to seeing black marks where the metal is gone. I'll keep my stars as it is a good pot, you just have to be a bit gentle with it.

Good sturdy pot
Good sturdy pot, not too heavy, nice size. I use it for everything from pasta to popcorn. Heats evenly, cleans easily. As good as other pots that cost twice as much.

Even temperature cooking
Stainless steel at its best. Grest for larger recipe cooking or canning. Couldn't get through canning without it. Even temperature cooking. Easy to clean.

Good Fit
This is a nice pot. We needed something smaller than our 6 quart but bigger than our 2 quart. Heat distribution is good and it's nice and solid. My only complaint is that while cooking up a batch of beans for a get together this past weekend, the bottom of the pan ended up scorching - never had the stove set higher than 2, and mostly on 1 or 'low'. In the end, it's OK for the money.

Comparable with brand names in department stores
I hate going to the mall to purchase cookware. It can be hard to track all the products and compare while standing there, but Amazon made it easier since I could shop brands online and make a less pressured choice. This item is quality, not too heavy where you cannot lift it. The pot heats slightly quicker than some of my other name brand pots. Its easy to clean as long as you do not let anything stick. We cook on gas stove and I think this pot is one of the best I have purchased. I have others that had much higher price tag, and I prefer this one for larger meals.

Great, Sturdy Stockpot -- if you don't know which one to get, this is a solid choice
I looked at quite a few stockpots on Amazon before deciding on this one because it was a good price and the 10 qt capacity I was looking for to make pho broth. It is very well built and seems to retain heat really well. I let my broth cool from boiling for a while (until it was slightly warm to the touch but not hot) before putting the pot in the fridge and a couple of hours later the broth was still warm.I've only cooked in it once so far but it seems like it will last a long time. I don't know too much about the chromium content in stainless steel -- I have other pans that have the standard chromium content that I like also. This pot is advertised to not contain chromium in the stainless steel. From a quick internet search, chromium adds durability to stainless steel but I don't think that will be an issue here. Overall, great pot!
