I’ve tried about 5 waist trainers and this one is 100% the best one I’ve had. I should be a m/l according to sizing but I got a small and it fit perfect on the first set of clasps. A little tricky to get on but once it’s one it’s super comfy but still sucks me in. I only waist train while doing cardio for reference

would recommend sizing down in order to get the actual affect of a waist trainer, unless you want a more a snug fit

I read reviews a some people said to buy a size smaller which I did and it was way too small. Also it doesn’t stretch, it felt like hard rubber, and smelt badly. I binned it. Not worth the money

Really comfortable and reduces bloating and contours my waist, should of bought a smaller size as i can already use the second and third row I bought a small and I’m a uk size 10 will be buying the xs very soon.
