At first I was shocked that my wife ordered this from Amazon, but once I tasted it I’ll never question another buying decision.I never had Pancit Bihon nor have I heard of it, but she found a recipe and it required this noodle.4 large bowls later and I was convinced that these noodles is what made it undeniably good. The texture and the flavor were different from all other noodles I’ve had in the past.Definitely want more Pancit Bihon, also want another dish that requires these noodles as they were irresistible.No issues being shipped via mail, no issues with quality or expiration date, and amount of product in the package was worth the price. Would recommend.

I actually send this to my son to try. I always use this when I make my Pancit. I love this brand, but I gave it a 4 star rating because it just takes a long time to get to Elko, Nevada. Next time I will just buy, and mail it myself.

Flavor was good as in the Philippines but is far too expensive.We will source other sellers in the future.We used the product for Pansit.

This is the brand my Mother always used to make her Filipino pancit, it's the flavor of my childhood. I now recreate all those authentic Filipino dishes for my family. Great value and quality product.
