Wonderful Herb for Female Health
I use Lady’s Mantle as an Herbal Tea. Put teaspoon of Herbs in cup add Boiling Water (NOT Microwaved) and let steep for 20 minutes. Then I add 1 dropper full of Shepherd's Purse Tincture to it. These 2 Herbs help with Menstrual issues/excess…..NEVER Microwave water for ANYTHING, as it Destroys the “Living Frequencies of Water” and will not heal you!
